The only one thing that I can do is to reinstall Windows 10 to the November 2019 but first i'm going to try the game on the windows 10 partition on the Mac, it's the last option left. So I tried everything in power, restarting the PC, removing and installing the game, I did all of this checks a think a thousand time. I tried it on my 360 and was surprised by the low framerate.
